The Orange County Partnership is proud to announce that Alan Seidman, Executive Director of the Construction Contractors Association (CCA), and Maureen Halahan, President & CEO of the Orange County Partnership, have been named the 2025 Most Valuable Partners by the Board of Directors of the Orange County Partnership. The honorees will be recognized at the Orange County Partnership’s annual MVP event, scheduled for Tuesday, June 3rd, at 5:00 PM at The Barn at Villa Venezia in Middletown, NY. Ticket prices are $175 per person.

 

Alan Seidman, since 2009, has served as Executive Director of the CCA, playing a pivotal role in advancing the construction industry and developing opportunities for skilled labor. As the longest-serving Board Member of the Orange County Partnership, with an impressive 19-year tenure, Seidman has been instrumental in driving major development projects that have shaped the region’s economic landscape. Seidman plans to retire from CCA in December of this year.

 

Maureen Halahan, who will be retiring in June after an extraordinary 24-year career with the Orange County Partnership, has been a transformational leader in economic development. As the longest-serving President & CEO of the organization, she has successfully attracted, retained, and expanded major businesses in Orange County, securing its reputation as a premier destination for industry and investment.
